Rusty Harrington, M.D.

Dr. Harrington, a Georgia native, graduated from Mercer University School of Medicine in Macon. He participated in residency programs at the Ochsner Medical Foundation in New Orleans and Memorial Health University Medical Center in Savannah. He was awarded the outstanding student award as well as the outstanding clinical resident award in residency at Memorial Hospital in Savannah. Dr. Harrington is board-certified in internal medicine and has worked with the Piedmont Physicians group from 2003 to 2007 in both an inpatient and outpatient setting. He is a member of the American Medical Association, Southern Medical Association, Medical Association of Georgia and the American College of Physicians.

Dr. Harrington has been with PrimeCare Medical Center and Urgent Care since it opened in July 2007. He accepts new patients and welcomes most major insurance plans.
